This is an overdue "Thank you!!!" for your help and outstanding service in getting us in to the Yes-Peter Frampton show last month. I had booked very late for the concert, and not only did you help arrange a ticket pickup that got me to the show on time, you also secured fantastic seats when my original order fell through. I had been very worried about using an unknown website, but you are a REAL person, easily reachable by phone and email, who seems to truly care about your customers and making sure that things go smoothly. It was a perfect night and you get plenty of credit for that.

I have used TicketMonopoly for over 2 years and I have had nothing but the best experience. I paid well below casino and TicketMaster prices and wound up with 5th row center seats for the last 2 shows I saw. Jerry Seinfeld and most recently Stevie Wonder.
